Experience Required: 5 to 13 Years

We are seeking a highly experienced Laserfiche Migration Specialist to lead the migration of on-premise Laserfiche infrastructure—including all associated data, Forms, and Workflows—to Laserfiche Cloud. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in Laserfiche and a proven track record of successful migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the migration of all on-premise Laserfiche components and data to Laserfiche Cloud

· Analyze existing Forms and Workflows; re-code or redesign them for compatibility with the Cloud environment

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure minimal disruption during migration

· Validate data integrity and system functionality post-migration

· Provide documentation, training, and post-migration support

· Support ongoing maintenance and respond to ad hoc requests after initial migration is complete

 

Requirements:

· 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Laserfiche, including system architecture, Forms, Workflows, and data management

· Demonstrated experience in migrating from on-premise to Laserfiche Cloud

· Strong understanding of Laserfiche Forms and Workflow design and troubleshooting

· Ability to work independently and manage a full project lifecycle

· Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

· Nice to Have:

· Laserfiche Certification(s)

· Experience with document management systems in highly regulated industries

· Familiarity with change management and user training during tech transitions
