Experience Required: 6 to 12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The role involves working across the full lifecycle of D365 F&O SCM implementations – from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support. The ideal candidate will bring deep SCM functional expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and hands-on experience in implementing complex, scalable solutions in D365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate functional workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Analyze client requirements, design appropriate solutions using D365 SCM capabilities.
  • Configure D365 F&O SCM modules to meet business needs, including Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, Master Planning, and Transportation Management.
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), test cases, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and data migration activities.
  • Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live support, training, and continuous process improvement.
  • Work closely with project managers and delivery leads to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities such as demos, RFP responses, and solution architecture inputs.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 5+ years on D365 F&O Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Inventory, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Master Planning, Warehouse, and Product Information Management modules.
  • Experience in at least two full-cycle D365 F&O SCM implementations.
  • Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain business processes across industries.
  • Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF)
  • Dual-write integration with CE and F&O- Must
  • Exposure to Finance, Manufacturing, Integration, and Security aspects is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or SCM preferred.

Desirable Traits:
  • Demonstrable consultancy experience with large enterprise clients.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and LCS (Lifecycle Services).
  • Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
