Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Automation Anywhere to lead and execute the testing of complex RPA workflows. As a senior member of the QA team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing comprehensive test strategies for bots built using Automation Anywhere. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of RPA solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for Automation Anywhere-based RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, RPA developers, and process owners to validate functional and business requirements.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain complex test scripts using Automation Anywhere and other automation frameworks.
  • Lead QA efforts across RPA projects, ensuring proper testing coverage and quality assurance standards.
  • Review bot design documents and provide test impact assessments and QA feedback.
  • Identify and drive improvements in test processes and automation strategy.
  • Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior QA engineers on automation testing best practices.
  • Track, document, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.
