Job Summary:
Programmers.IO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our Internal IT organization in either our Hyderabad or Jaipur office. The IT Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, policy development, and team leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, provide exceptional technical support, and drive IT initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:

IT Operations Management: Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system availability and reliability; manage network infrastructure, servers, hardware, and software; monitor system performance; manage IT budgets and expenses.

IT Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with company goals; identify emerging technologies; lead IT roadmap development.

Policy Development and Governance: Establish IT policies and standards for security and compliance; develop IT governance frameworks; oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Team Leadership and Management: Lead and develop a high-performing IT team; provide staff guidance, training, and support; manage team performance, goals, and evaluations.

Technical Support: Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT support requests and incidents; provide oversight for technical support activities; develop and maintain IT support documentation and training materials.

Project Management: Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations; coordinate with vendors; monitor project progress and provide updates.

Vendor Management: Manage IT vendor relationships; evaluate vendor performance and SLAs; negotiate contracts and licensing agreements.

Security Management: Ensure data and system security; develop strategies to mitigate IT risks and cybersecurity threats; oversee security audits and compliance assessments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, with a focus on internal IT and support.
