Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize SAP BW/4HANA data models (Composite Providers, ADSOs, Open ODS Views, etc.)
  • Implement mixed modeling solutions and data transformations using ABAP for BW, SQLScript, AMDP, and HANA Calculation views.
  • Integrate data flows between S/4HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, Azure Databricks, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and other systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate reporting and analytics needs into scalable data solutions
  • Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and maintainability of solutions while creating and maintaining technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP BW, including expert-level experience in BW/4HANA and at least one full-cycle implementation.
  • Proficient in BW/4HANA modeling and architecture (including LSA++ principles)
  • Strong experience with S/4HANA data structures and extraction (ODP, CDS Views, SLT)
  • Working knowledge of SAP Data Intelligence for orchestrating data pipelines
  • Strong ABAP programming for BW, including AMDP and SQL Script
  • Experience with Open ODS Views and handling external data sources
  • Solid communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, global environment
Skills
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP Datasphere
  • Hands-on ETL development using SAP BODS
  • Experience with Azure Databricks integration and cloud data architecture concepts
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD processes in an SAP landscape
  • Familiarity with agile or product-centric delivery models
