Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on websites to ensure functionality, usability, and performance meet established standards.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, providing detailed feedback to the development team for resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure that website updates and new features align with client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present reports on website performance, testing outcomes, and client feedback to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of testing protocols and best practices to enhance the QA process.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and strategy discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in website quality assurance and client handling.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies is a plus.
