Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in PHP (Laravel framework), React.js, API development, and external integrations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HTML, CSS, AWS, and mobile app development. This role will require you to split your time equally between managing a team and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications and mobile apps.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Ensure technical feasibility and performance of UI/UX designs.
- Participate in all phases of the agile development lifecycle, including planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions up-to-date and effective.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of development experience.
- Proficient in PHP, specifically the Laravel framework.
- Strong experience with React.js and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Extensive experience in API development and external integration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Understanding of serverless architecture.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
