For the BW skills, I’d say it is critical they are more than familiar with the modern SAP BW Stack. “Legacy” 7.X, on Hana and ECC experience is nice to have, but not the key driver for us. Looking for the following items to support our current and future development: • BW4HANA mandatory. BW 7.X experience without sufficient BW/4 experience is not useful to our current landscape. • HANA 2.0 SP5+ • CDS View development • AMDP • HANA Modeling and SQL Script o Calculation Views o Attribute Views o Table Functions o Stored Procedures o Mixed Modeling • Open ODS View • Streaming data Technology.
