The Solution

Support Team Augmentation

A team of 10 technology experts from Programmers.io was onboarded and assigned to provide round-the-clock maintenance and support. The goal was to ensure continuous monitoring and maintenance of these multiple, critical business systems.

Support Process Structuring

A structured ticketing system was established to handle client requests. Clients could raise issues via chat, email, or phone calls, and the Programmers.io team was responsible for resolving them within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.

Tiered Support Model

A structured L1-L2 escalation process was implemented where if L1 failed to fix an issue within the given SLA, it was escalated to L2. If L2 could not resolve the issue, it was forwarded to higher-level support or the client’s technical team.
