About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • MBA preferred
