About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- MBA preferred
