Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our development team, specializing in Full Stack .NET development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring code quality, resolving architectural challenges, and delivering innovative solutions.

Technology Expertise summary:

    • Lead team and conduct code reviews for quality and consistency.
    • Expertise in JavaScript frameworks and Microsoft technologies for system design.
    • Resolve architecture issues and optimize performance.
    • Proficient in architectural frameworks and tools.
    • Experienced in agile development methodology.
    • Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
    • Work with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server to design, develop, and optimize database solutions (including stored procedures, views, and performance optimization techniques).
    • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js (or similar frameworks like Angular/React).
    • Develop REST APIs and Microservices using .NET technologies.
    • Work with Azure services, including Blob Storage, App Services, Key Vault, and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs, including third-party platforms like HubSpot, Zapier, etc.
 Technical Skills:
  • Backend Technologies:
    • C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, WinForms
    • Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.NET
    • SQL Server: Stored Procedures, Functions, Joins, Views, Temp Tables, Indexes
    • REST APIs and Microservices
    • Cloud Technologies: Azure, CI/CD, App Services, Blob Storage, Key Vault
  • Frontend Technologies:
    • HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Vue3 (or other modern JS frameworks like React or Angular)
    • Telerik, Dev Express, DataTable, AgGrid
    • AJAX, jQuery
  • Development Tools:
    • Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
