Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and drive recruitment efforts across our India operations. The TA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, collaborating with senior managers/ internal stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent for various roles across different functions. This individual will act as a key partner in developing talent strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the successful execution of talent acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the recruitment process for India operations, focusing on ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality hiring across multiple business functions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all positions, from sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of recruitment activities.
- Drive best practices in recruitment and candidate sourcing, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
- Identify and address any skill gaps within the team, provide training, and ensure continuous improvement.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment, to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, especially for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
- Create and nurture relationships with potential candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement & Experience:
- Ensure a positive, engaging, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding the status of their application and provide timely feedback.
- Act as an ambassador for the employer brand, promoting the company’s values and culture to attract top talent.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with business leaders and HR partners to provide guidance on talent trends, hiring strategies, and market intelligence.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, identify required competencies, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are being met and adjust strategies as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any IT related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in India talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Need someone who can work till extended hours depending on the urgency of work.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technology
- Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment and hiring across multiple functions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian job market, including talent trends and salary benchmarking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing a team of recruiters, driving recruitment strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent pipelining strategies.
- Ability to manage complex recruitment processes for senior and niche roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
