Technical Business Analyst

The Technical Business Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between our clients, the technical delivery team, and solution architects. This role is essential for accurately capturing client requirements and translating them into actionable solutions in collaboration with the solution architect. You will participate in initial client calls, gather technical and business requirements, and assist in developing tailored proposals for Managed Services engagements.
Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Participate in client meetings to understand and document their technical and business requirements for managed services across AWS, Azure, and DevOps platforms.
• Proposal Development: Work closely with solution architects to develop project proposals that align with client needs, including scope, estimated timelines, and required resources.
• Client Liaison: Act as a communication channel between the client and our technical delivery teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information and alignment on project goals.
• Solution Mapping: Assist solution architects in translating client requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans for the managed services team.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation covering requirements, scope, and proposals to be shared with both internal teams and clients.
• Support Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Activities: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in crafting presentations, proposals, and demos that showcase our capabilities in cloud engineering, DevOps, and managed services.
• Risk Identification: Identify potential risks or gaps in client requirements and propose solutions to mitigate them during the proposal stage.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help enhance our service offerings and approach within the Managed Services practice.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or in a similar role within IT Services, Managed Services, or Cloud Consulting.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure, and DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and application deployment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information understandably for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to gathering and documenting requirements.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, solution architects, and technical delivery teams.
• Client Focus: Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with a focus on understanding client needs and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to aid in project planning and tracking.
• Technical Writing: Experience in creating technical documentation, such as requirement specifications, solution proposals, and technical reports.
