ob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager with a strong background in B2B lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving lead generation strategies, optimizing outreach efforts, and effectively managing a team. This role requires expertise in identifying target markets, building relationships, and converting prospects into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
- Cold Calling & Appointment Setup: Oversee and participate in cold calling efforts to qualify leads and set up appointments with potential clients.
- B2B Sales Experience: Leverage B2B sales knowledge to identify potential business opportunities and generate high-quality leads.
- Email Campaign Management: Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement with potential customers.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on target industries and market segments to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and track lead conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
