Experience Required: 8 to 16 Years

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of the capability roadmap including defining features and requirements, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business objectives
  • Work with a cross-functional scrum team in prioritization, planning, design, development, and release of features and functionality
  • Create and manage all story and feature writing and prioritization for the scrum team. 
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Client Management, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to ensure client digital experience capabilities are developed and prioritized 
  • Champion a client-centric approach while using data-driven insights, client feedback, competitive analysis, and market demands to inform decisions and delivery prioritization
  • Identify, track and, manage dependencies, issues and, risks to resolution
  • Serve as Agile Product Owner/Manager; support Product Owners and Business Analysts (support of refining User Stories, planning and executing user acceptance testing, and providing support for deployment)
  • Work closely with Sales / Client Management, Proposals, Underwriting, and Implementation teams to align roadmaps and dependencies
  • Create a team-oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration, and emphasizes quality and cost
  • Ensure quality assurance and adequate testing methods are implemented for all capability work
  • Effectively maintain and build relationships across business and technology groups
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product/capability management, business or systems analysis, and/or business architecture involving technology; inclusive of developing strategy and roadmap(s)
  • 5+ years of experience developing, designing, or implementing digital portals
  • 5+ years leading initiatives in a cross-functional environment 
  • 5+ years working in an Agile methodology, leading and executing against a capability roadmap
  • 3+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies, and associated tools (AHA, Jira, Confluence)
  • 3+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps
  • Experience performing Gap analysis, documenting user experience requirements, and user journey mapping.
  • Experience communicating & presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience managing roadmaps in Aha!
  • Experience supporting sales lifecycle, RFP

Qualifications
 
Years of post-high school education in a discipline related to Business Management or Marketing can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.
