As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Programmers.io, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to join our team. You will lead the talent acquisition efforts, working closely with department heads and HR leadership to ensure that our organization continues to thrive through strategic and effective recruitment.

Shift timings – 10 AM – 8:30 PM IST (Flexible)
Working days – 5.5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing our employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
  • Data and Analytics: Utilize recruitment data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve processes.
