  1. The meeting discussed the integration of flat files to the NET suite ERP system.
  2. The team is currently working on converting X12 files into a flat file format (850 purchase order) and pushing it to the NET suite using FTP adapter.
  3. They need help from a Netsuite person to integrate the flat file into the NET suite and generate a confirmation of successful loading.
  4. They also need assistance in generating from Netsuite (if the flat file (850) is successfully loaded) an 810 invoice and an 856 advanced shipment notice in the flat file format.
  5. If there are some errors in loading the flat file 850 in Netsuite then the client wants proper error messages and notification.
  6. Client will provide the format of the 850, 810 and 856 files.
