Job Description – Technical Product Manager/Senior Business Analyst

• Has 8 to 12 years of experience as Technical Product Manager/ Product Owner Role working closely with Scrum teams.
• Understands the “what & why” of User Stories, their relationship to Features, and how each may impact the user.
• Understands primary capabilities within the product.
• Understands a feature's impact / relationship on other product functionality.
• Decomposes features into manageable user stories.
• Partners with product managers/owners to prioritize work to meet obligations and opportunities.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, technical limitations, performance and operational.
• Have experience in creating wireframes and UI Design
• Understand overall product strategy and Roadmap.
• Understands and effectively partners with users, business, technology, and product teams to delight consumers.
• Communicates effectively to build relationships with key stakeholders (scrum teams / product leads / delivery leads)
• Speaks credibly to both business and technology partners across teams and levels.
• Understands high level end to end solution and can create data flows.
• Working knowledge in SQL to be able to trouble some issues/do analysis
• Support UAT, integration testing, DevOps practices
