The client was using an on-premise ERP system for F&O and CRM, which lacked scalability and cloud-based capabilities. This limitation hindered their ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Payment System Integration

We integrated Dynamics 365’s out-of-the-box payment connector to enable secure and seamless payment processing. Middleware solutions like Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps were utilized to accommodate diverse payment file formats, while in-built tools were leveraged to integrate bank files, eliminating the need for additional third-party costs.

Enhanced Reporting

By leveraging SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server, we developed custom dashboards and reports. This integration provided the client with streamlined reporting and real-time access to actionable business insights.
