The Challenge
The client’s ERP system required manual processes for data handling across multiple functionalities, including inventory management, financial integrations, and customer workflows. These processes were not only time-consuming but also prone to human error, leading to inefficiencies and delays in operations.
Many of the system’s core functionalities were outdated and unable to sync with the latest versions of critical external tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Crystal Reports. This lack of compatibility limited the system’s ability to meet modern business requirements and posed challenges for scalability.
UI Extender fields used in the ERP system lacked the necessary enhancements to make workflows intuitive and efficient for end users. The absence of these updates created friction in operations, slowing down processes and impacting user satisfaction.
