The Challenge
The client's QA contractor team created automated tests using Selenium for their EHR software. However, when the contract expired, the client had many unmaintained tests.
Their in-house QA team did not have the technical expertise to maintain the tests effectively. As a result, the unmaintained tests caused delayed releases, increased bug counts, and compromised software quality.
