Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with hands-on expertise in the Zenon platform to support ongoing operations and contribute to project implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical support and project delivery, with a focus on industrial automation, SCADA systems, and process control environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Zenon-based applications and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy Zenon solutions for new projects.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance of existing Zenon environments.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to data acquisition, visualization, and control logic within Zenon.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional Zenon configurations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and support procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity protocols in all Zenon implementations.
  • Participate in user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with COPA-DATA Zenon platform (support and project implementation).
  • Strong understanding of SCADA systems, HMI, PLC integration, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus, IEC 61850).
  • Experience in scripting and automation within Zenon (e.g., VBA, .NET).
  • Familiarity with SQL databases, Windows Server environments, and network configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
