The client manually identified system objects linked to an outdated 3-digit branch code structure. As the network of their branch expanded, this approach resulted in missed dependencies, inconsistent updates, and operational inefficiencies, posing potential risks to business continuity.

System Impact Analysis
All applications, databases, and objects connected to the 3-digit branch-code structure were identified using AI and reviewed by experts. The goal was to identify dependencies, integrations, mappings, and menu paths that could be impacted during the enhancement.

All impacted systems were updated to support the newly approved 5-digit branch code format. This enhancement was implemented to align the branch-code structure with the client’s expanding branch network.
