Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support daily operations by accurately entering data, organizing documents, tracking vessel arrivals through relevant websites, and updating information in internal systems using Excel and other business tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with high accuracy.
  • Monitor vessel arrival/departure information through shipping and logistics websites.
  • Upload and verify data using Excel and internal databases.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive operational documents and records.
  • Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry, back-office, or operations support.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable to work in night shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
