Experience Required: 5 to 15 Years
- Strong hands-on experience with Synon / CA 2E development
- Experience analysing, designing and delivering enhancements to core lending or financial services platforms
- IBM i / AS400 experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in data migration projects, including data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, testing and cutover activities
- Experience supporting system integrations and batch processing
- Ability to work across project delivery and BAU support activities with knowledge of iSeries operations tasks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
