We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager with proven experience in managing TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) accounts in the US contract staffing domain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Beeline/VMS portal, deep understanding of US staffing processes, and a proven ability to scale accounts and drive business growth.
This role demands both account management excellence and business development capability—someone who can expand the existing account while also bringing in new clients and building fresh partnerships.
Account Management (TCS Account)
- Manage and grow the TCS account for US contract staffing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related interactions.
- Ensure consistent delivery against client SLAs, KPIs, and expectations.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within the TCS account.
Recruitment Delivery & Operations
- Oversee end-to-end US IT contract recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality submissions and improved fill ratios.
- Track team performance metrics such as submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue.
- Provide guidance to recruiters on niche/critical requirements.
Beeline / VMS Management
- Work extensively on Beeline portal for requisition tracking, candidate submissions, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with client processes and documentation within Beeline.
- Optimize submission strategies to improve selection ratios.
Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new clients in US staffing (IT/non-IT).
- Develop strategies to expand business beyond the TCS account.
- Leverage existing network and market knowledge to generate leads and close deals.
- Build long-term partnerships with direct clients/VMS/MSP programs.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters.
- Drive team productivity and ensure delivery of monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct performance reviews and training sessions.
- 10+ years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 2–3 years managing TCS accounts.
- Strong hands-on experience with Beeline VMS portal (mandatory).
- Proven track record of account scaling and revenue growth.
- Experience in US IT contract hiring across various technologies.
- Demonstrated ability in client acquisition and business development.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
