## Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end recruiting processes, implementing business enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and understanding integration impacts across the Workday ecosystem.
## Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules based on business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements in Workday Recruiting.
- Manage and optimize Business Processes (BPs), notifications, approvals, and security configurations.
- Perform impact analysis and support changes related to integrations.
- Work with EIBs, Core Connectors, and collaborate with integration teams for issue resolution.
- Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Support testing activities, including unit testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Workday teams, including HCM, Compensation, Security, and Integrations.
## Required Skills
- 8+ years of Workday experience with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting configuration and enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes (BPs).
- Experience with calculated fields, custom reports, and security concepts.
- Good understanding of Workday integrations, including EIBs and Core Connectors.

## Preferred Qualifications
