Role Overview
We are looking for a PLM Support Analyst to provide application and operational support across multiple enterprise engineering and project management tools. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day support, issue resolution, and user assistance.
Note :- 100% Remote Role (PAN India)
Tools & Technologies
The candidate will be expected to support the following platforms:
- Windchill.
- Jira.
- Confluence.
- Bitbucket.
- Polarion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 application support for enterprise tools.
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Support ticket handling, access management, and workflow assistance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in KT (Knowledge Transfer) sessions during onboarding.
- Monitor tool performance and escalate critical issues when required.
Required Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or PLM/ALM tools.
- Familiarity with engineering/project collaboration platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests effectively.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile workflows, or DevOps collaboration tools is a plus.
- Prior exposure to PLM/ALM ecosystems.
- Experience with user management, workflows, permissions, and integrations.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge is an advantage.
