Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise sales, account management, and business strategy, with a proven track record of leading large deals, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding business portfolios within technology and services-driven environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business development and sales strategy, including market identification, opportunity qualification, and deal closure
  • Drive enterprise and strategic account management, ensuring long-term relationship building and revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities across IT services, digital transformation, and consulting engagements
  • Develop and present business proposals, pitch decks, and RFP/RFI responses to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and contracts in collaboration with legal and finance teams
  • Track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts using MIS and reporting tools
  • Represent the organization in senior-level meetings, client discussions, and industry engagements
  • Mentor and manage business development teams to achieve individual and organizational targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer requirements to shape go-to-market strategies
