Job Title: Senior Engineer – IBM Sterling OMS
Location: Offshore (Remote)India
Experience: 5–10 Years
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift )

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with strong exper se in IBM Sterling OMS, specifically in Sterling Call Center, Store, and OrderHub modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and suppor ng order management solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM Sterling OMS
· Work extensively on Sterling Call Center, Store, and OrderHub modules
 · Customize and configure Sterling OMS based on business requirements
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and technical teams
· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance
· Participate in code reviews, tes ng, and deployment activities
 · Ensure best prac ces in development, performance optimization, and security
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in IBM Sterling OMS
· Hands-on expertise in:

  • Sterling Call Center
  • Sterling Store
  • Sterling OrderHub
  •  Good programming knowledge in Java
  •  Experience with Angular
  •  Working knowledge of IBM MQ
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
     
Required Qualifications:
· Experience in Retail or eCommerce domain
· Exposure to system integrations and microservices architecture
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Additional Information:
