Role Summary
The Senior Account Manager will manage and grow US IT staffing accounts, drive new business, and work closely with recruiting teams to deliver quality talent for MSP and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise and MSP accounts (Beeline/VMS experience preferred).
- Build strong client relationships with POCs, RMGs, and project teams.
- Handle end-to-end staffing sales cycle from requirement intake to closure.
- Generate new leads and grow existing accounts.
- Ensure timely, quality submissions and follow-ups with clients.
- Lead and support recruiting teams to meet delivery targets.
- Oversee end-to-end US IT recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
