Job Description
We are looking for a proactive PMO Specialist to support our Cloud Practice with delivery reporting, resource planning, and operational governance. The ideal candidate will create and manage delivery dashboards, resource matrices, and executive presentations while driving PMO initiatives across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present delivery reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain resource allocation matrices, utilization data, and project trackers.
- Support Cloud Practice operations, governance activities, and review meetings.
- Drive PMO initiatives, process improvements, and documentation.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, resource managers, and leadership.
- Facilitate communication, follow-ups, MOMs, and action tracking.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder interactions.
- Experience in PMO, operations, or project coordination roles preferred.
- Good understanding of project tracking, reporting, and governance processes.
Skills and Knowledge:
