We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Architect to lead the design, optimization, and governance of our NetSuite ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across NetSuite modules, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate strategic requirements into scalable system architecture. This role will function as the primary NetSuite authority—guiding solution design, integrations, customization, and the overall platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture for NetSuite ERP, including module configuration, customization, workflows, scripts, integrations, and data model design.
• Analyze business needs and design scalable, efficient solutions aligned with NetSuite best practices.
• Define and maintain architecture standards, data governance policies, and integration frameworks.

2. Project Leadership

• Lead major ERP enhancements, module rollouts, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee change management activities and ensure smooth adoption across stakeholder groups.

3. Governance & Best Practices

• Develop and enforce NetSuite standards, documentation, and system lifecycle processes.
• Drive data quality, security, compliance, and auditing practices.
• Stay updated on new NetSuite releases and assess their impact on business processes and architecture.

Qualifications

Required

• Deep understanding of core NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects, or CRM.
• Strong hands-on experience with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, Restlets, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Solid grasp of ERP/finance processes, multi-subsidiary structures, and multi-currency environments.
• Ability to document architecture diagrams, data flows, technical design specifications, and system models.

Preferred

• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer II, SuiteAnalytics).
• Experience with system modernization initiatives, cloud transformations, or multi-ERP landscapes.
• Background in industries such as SaaS, manufacturing, retail, supply chain, or e-commerce.
