The Sales Manager – US Staffing is responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing existing client relationships within the US staffing market. This role focuses on expanding partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), Tier 1 clients, and enterprise accounts while ensuring smooth coordination between recruiters, onboarding teams, and clients.
The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and well-versed in US staffing processes, compliance, and labor laws, with the ability to grow accounts and deliver consistent revenue.


Key Responsibilities
1. New Client Acquisition & Business Development
  • Identify, target, and onboard new US staffing clients, with a strong focus on System Integrators and Tier 1 organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships.
  • Present staffing solutions aligned with client hiring needs and workforce strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to close new business opportunities.
 

2. Client Relationship & Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, managing end-to-end account relationships.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through account expansion, additional requirements, and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client hiring forecasts, staffing models, and business priorities.
  • Handle client escalations, feedback, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.

3. Recruitment & Delivery Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand available talent and ongoing submissions.
  • Review and validate candidate submissions before sharing them with clients.
  • Share recruiter submissions with clients and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Work with the onboarding and compliance teams to ensure smooth deployment of candidates.

4. Compliance & Process Knowledge
  • Ensure adherence to US labor laws, staffing compliance, and onboarding processes (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Support compliance documentation, client-specific onboarding requirements, and background checks as needed.
  • Stay updated on US staffing trends, market rates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in US Staffing as a Sales Manager / Account Manager
  • Proven track record of bringing in new US clients, especially SIs and Tier 1 companies
  • Strong understanding of US staffing models, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
  • Experience working closely with recruiters and delivery teams
