Seeking a Workday HCM Consultant, client-facing, self-starter who can guide clients strategically—not just execute action items—and effectively manage client relationships. Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration are required.

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementation activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday solutions and workflows.

• Provide post-go-live support including issue triage, troubleshooting, enhancement requests, and knowledge transfer.

• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for operational, compliance, and leadership insights.

• Manage data integrity activities including data mapping, validation, and migration during implementations and upgrades.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, defect resolution, and process improvements.

• Document functional design, configuration decisions, and support procedures for long-term continuity.

• Monitor Workday releases and recommend feature adoption to improve business processes and user experience.
