Role Overview 

We seek a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js or React.js). The role involves building scalable applications, leveraging AI tools for faster, smarter development, and collaborating across teams to drive digital transformation. 

Shape 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Development: Build and maintain web apps using Laravel and Vue.js/React.js; design APIs and user-friendly interfaces. 

  • AI Integration: Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for coding, testing, and debugging; integrate AI-powered features like chatbots and automation workflows. 

  • Collaboration: Work with product/design teams; support Docker environments; participate in code reviews and documentation. 

  • Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and stay updated on frameworks, cloud tech, and AI tools. 

Shape 

Required Skills 

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in full stack development. 

  • Strong proficiency in Laravel, PHP 8+, and Vue.js or React.js. 

  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL or other relational databases. 

  • Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab. 

  • Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and modular architecture. 

  • Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript. 

  • Solid understanding of nginx or apache. 

  • Experience working with Docker for development and deployment. 

  • Experience working within Agile or DevOps environments. 

  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity (coding assistants, test automation, documentation generators). 

Shape 

Preferred Skills 

  • AI/ML feature integration (LLM APIs, chatbots, vector search, RAG systems). 

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); CI/CD pipelines; automated testing. 

  • Familiarity with serverless functions, event-driven architecture, or edge computing. 

  • Exposure to modern agentic AI frameworks and tools (e.g., Lang Chain, Laravel AI packages, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs). 

 

Skills and Knowledge:
