Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Mandatory Skills:  COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM

  • Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, MicroFocus COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, SQL and VSAM.
  • Develop and optimize batch and online applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and resolve issues in the mainframe environment.
  • Ensure code quality and compliance with performance and security standards.
  • Maintain documentation for application development, troubleshooting, and testing.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning.
