Job Overview: We are seeking a Qlik Cloud Integration Specialist / Admin to assist in the setup, configuration, and optimization of the Qlik Cloud platform for integrating with SAP and Oracle databases. This role will include guiding the team on best practices for data connections, user permissions, and the successful transition of dashboards to production. Candidate will be involved in the initial setup and transition of work to the team.

***This is a fully remote opportunity with a contract duration of one month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qlik Cloud Platform Integration:
    • Assist in the integration of Qlik Cloud with SAP and Oracle databases.
    • Set up development and production environments within the Qlik Cloud platform.
    • Establish and configure data connections between Qlik Cloud and SAP/Oracle databases.
    • Schedule and manage data loads to ensure smooth data flow and consistency.
  • Guidance on Best Practices:
    • Provide recommendations and guidance on best practices for data connections within Qlik Cloud.
    • Advise on the best approach to managing user permissions and security within Qlik Cloud.
    • Ensure adherence to security standards and efficient resource management during setup.
  • Dashboard Deployment and Transition:
    • Provide guidance on moving dashboards from the development environment to production.
    • Assist the team in handling data updates and optimizing dashboard performance.
    • Ensure proper configuration and smooth handover of the dashboards and other configurations to the team.
       
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Qlik Cloud integration, especially with SAP and Oracle databases.
  • Strong understanding of setting up and configuring development and production environments within Qlik Cloud.
  • Experience with Qlik’s data connections, data load scheduling, and dashboard deployment processes.
  • Expertise in user permissions and security management within Qlik Cloud.
  • Ability to guide and mentor teams on best practices for Qlik Cloud configurations and dashboards.
