Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Tableau development, including expertise in creating dashboards, worksheets, and stories.
  • Expertise in Tableau features like blending, joins, filters, and creating advanced calculations (calculated fields, LOD expressions, table calculations).
  • Experience in Tableau Server management, including setup, configuration, user access control, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices, business intelligence concepts, and metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable Tableau solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects.
  • Tableau Prep experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
