The Challenge
A global leader in health and hygiene products faced growing complexity in managing orders across multiple countries and sales channels. Over time, their systems evolved into a web of point-to-point integrations, tightly coupled with heavily customized JDE World applications on IBM i.
This created high maintenance costs, redundant development, and significant delays in onboarding new markets or channels. The lack of a unified integration framework made scalability, flexibility, and real-time visibility extremely difficult.

Our project team developed a scalable and reusable global order integration framework leveraging the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight and commemorate the efforts from our dedicated PIO team. To preface, the projects we work on here are complex, with rigid objectives, budgets, and timelines.
