We appreciate your work in revising the program to create a new format and change the logic to separate the PO print jobs by PO and email the resulting PDF files to vendors. The old process was manual and time-consuming as the customer had to physically print the POs, then scan and send them individually to themselves before emailing each to the specific vendor.- Chief Technology Officer -

They thought it was going to be difficult because we had a salesperson and credit manager on site. That's because we wanted to see the actual user experience and get feedback at the same time.
This was not just a reflection on the My Invoices app. The customer was a new user and went through the first-time setup and then used the portal for the first time. We also went into My Customers and had to change the user type to Customer Admin. The user then set the My Invoices authorities, set up a bank account, downloaded invoices, and then submitted the payment. With almost no instruction. So, it was a thorough walk-through from start to finish for a first-time user. And it was very smooth and intuitive.
This was our 3rd rollout, and all were very good. We have several other customers lined up.
Great job to the whole team for the entire environment. An incredible mix of new and old technologies that work flawlessly!
